In most cases for software purchases, as long as (a) the boxed product has not been opened and (b) the product has not been downloaded, licensed, installed and/or activated, the return will be accepted. or Full refund (including shipping) within 30 days of purchase.
To request a product or merchandise return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-800-900-1008. If you decide to use our email option please provide the following information: (1)customer name, (2) order number, (3) SKU number, (4) the quantity of the returning item(s), (5) indicate if the product box has been opened, (6) indicate if the product has been installed and/or activated, and (7) include a note explaining the nature of the problem with the product. Upon receiving your request, our costumer service team will then provide further instructions to process your return. Please note that specific manufacturers may require additional information or instructions. Each return is credited in the same manner as the original payment. Returns are only accepted with a Return Merchandise Authorization. Packages without the proper RMA number will not be accepted for return or refund.
