All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with SaveintheUSA or purchasing SaveintheUSA products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with SaveintheUSA or to purchase SaveintheUSA products. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by SaveintheUSA. All equipment is in good to excellent condition (based on the age of the machine), carries a 30-day hardware warranty, and is reconditioned (cleaned and tested) by our trained technicians. The exception to this is any equipment with remaining Apple warranty is not covered under our warranty. All transactions are charged a $15 handling fee as part a the shipping. Canceled or undelivered orders are charged a 15% restocking fee. This decreases to a 3% restocking fee if the order has not yet been shipped. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Batteries are consumables and their life span not guaranteed.
The warranty begins the date the order is delivered. In the rare event a hardware problem occurs during our warranty period, a RMA# (Repair Merchandise Authorization Number) must be requested via email through Customer Service. You must email a description of the hardware problem for documentation and quality assurance purposes. Buyers pay incoming freight for RMA service regardless of problem origin. Items arriving for RMA service must: a) be repackaged properly, insured, and include all original items b) have the RMA# visible on the outside of each package c) have a RMA shipment tracking # emailed to Customer Service before the warranty expiration date. Failure to follow any of these steps can render your equipment ineligible for RMA service. This service covers parts, labor, and shipping back to the buyer. Our warranty is voided if authorized RMA: a) # is never issued b) is not in original condition c) has been serviced by a 3rd party d) is the result of an act of God or buyer negligence e) warranty seals have been broken by opening the machine. We are not responsible for data loss on RMAs.
We reserve the right to refuse any order not meeting our security system criteria. All sales are final.
Limitation of Liability
SaveintheUSA and/or Technology One shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of or the inability to use the materials, services, subscriptions, use of License and/or the performance of the products that were obtained or bought through this site.
